I have been a cat owner my whole life and I literally never knew that tiger lilies and stargazers were also highly toxic to cats.  Even drinking the water from the vase that lilies are in can kill the cat!  I brought in a tiger lily from our yard today and just thought to look it up and found out (and of course removed the lily from our house as soon as I saw).  How scary!

Other toxic flowers for cats:
Amaryllis (Amaryllis sp.)
Autumn Crocus (Colchicum autumnale)
Azaleas and Rhododendrons (Rhododendron sp.)
Castor Bean (Ricinus communis)
Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum sp.)
Cyclamen (Cyclamen sp.)
English Ivy (Hedera helix)
Kalanchoe (Kalanchoe sp.)
Lilies (Lilium sp.)
Marijuana (Cannabis sativa)
Oleander (Nerium oleander)
Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum sp.)
Pothos (Epipremnum aureum)
Sago Palm (Cycas revoluta)
Spanish thyme (Coleus ampoinicus)
Tulip and Narcissus bulbs (Tulipa and Narcissus sp.)
Yew (Taxus sp.)

I’m pretty sure Poinsettias are as well, but maybe they’re under a different name on your list?

Hello, everything. Answer:

I’ve been wanting to watch Blue is the Warmest Color but it also looks sad…and I like to avoid sad movies as much as possible during the semester when I’m feeling fragile, lmao. Is it really really sad?

Anonymous asked:

What are the most top known movies almost all lesbians have seen and what are the most top known tv shoes almost all lesbians have seen (besides the L word)

Hello, everything. Answer:

Lol is this a queer litmus test? How about I tell you the things I watched growing up bisexual that may or may not be what lesbians have watched.

Movies: But I’m A Cheerleader, Mulholland Drive, Eyes Wide Shut (first time I’d ever seen a woman naked)

TV shows: Xena the Warrior Princess, Buffy & Degrassi

Feel free to fill me in on the right answer though cause idk.

Colocasia Esculenta ‘black magic’. 'Black Magic' is an elephant's ear cultivar which features unusual purplish-black leaves. It is a tuberous, stemless, frost-tender perennial of the arum family (see also calla lily and jack-in-the-pulpit) which typically grows 3-6' tall and as wide.
